Terms of service
Skeram analyzes public GitHub repositories you point it at and produces an architecture report with cost and failure-mode estimates. Estimates are computed from a model of your code — they are engineering guidance, not a guarantee of your application’s behavior, performance, or AWS bill. You may only analyze repositories you have the right to analyze. Abuse (bulk scraping, attempting to analyze repos to harass their owners, probing the service itself) gets an account closed without refund of used credits. The service is provided as-is, without warranty; our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Privacy
Signing in with GitHub gives us your GitHub ID, username, and email — we store those and nothing else about your GitHub account. We never store your repository’s source code: the analysis reads it transiently and keeps only the derived architecture model and report. Payments are handled by Stripe; card details never touch our servers. Repository contents are sent to our LLM provider (OpenRouter) solely to produce your analysis. Reports are private to your account unless you explicitly share them. We use PostHog for product analytics and Sentry for error reporting. To delete your account and its data, email us.
Refunds
Credits are prepaid: $10 buys 5 analysis credits. Any analysis that fails is refunded automatically — you only pay for reports you receive. Re-running the same repo at the same commit is served from cache and costs nothing. Unused credits are refundable in full on request within 14 days of purchase — email us and we’ll process it through Stripe.
